Black Friday Promotion T&Cs

• The Black Friday Promotion is valid from 17 November 2025 to 31 January 2026.

• To qualify, tenants must sign up between 17 November and 12 December 2025.

• Qualifying tenants will receive a 15% discount on their monthly rental from 17 November 2025 to 31 January 2026.

• From 1 February 2026, standard monthly rental rates will apply.

• Tenants applying under this promotion must write “BlackFridayPromo” at the top of their application form.

• The promotion is only valid for new tenants at the Spacemakers Gonubie (King’s Mall) branch.

• The discount applies to storage units of any size.

• The promotion does not apply to parking rentals.

• The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with pensioner or student discounts, or any other ongoing promotions.

• Standard rental agreement terms and conditions still apply.

• Spacemakers reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Spacemakers reserves the right to conclude a rental agreement with any tenant.
